Discussants at Satkania function

the 121st birth centenary of Thakur was held under the auspices of the Jugabatar Sree Sree Thakur Anukul Chandra Satsanga, Satkania branch at Satkania Upazila based Sarbojonin Kali Bari premises on September9. The programmes of 2-day long function included Shuvo Odhibash, Thakur Puza, announcement of holy birth, prayer, kirton, recitation of Satgrantha workers conference, great religious meeting and distribution of prasad at anandabazar. A great religious meeting was held on September 10 with the educationist Kumud Ranjan Saha in the chair. Arup Bisawas conducted the function while Bhashkar D K Das (Manun) was the chief guest on the occasion. Dr Geeta Sree Dash, Khokon Nandy, Anil Chakraborty, Milon Sharma, Tushar Kanti Dey, Bindu Mohan Dash, Amal Kumar Nath also spoke on the function Satkania Branch Satsanga General Secretary Bhakta Prabar Milon Kanti Dhar delivered address of welcome. The speakers in the meeting said, ideals of Anukul Chandra develops the humanity. He built the first mental hospital Bangladesh at Pabna. The speakers also said, Thakur Anukul Chandra has tried to establish human and intensive bridge among the people in this age of instability, says a press release.
